(Jamma) Increase the taxation (from 20 to 25%) on capital income and other income of a financial nature (such as Intraday or Capital Gain operations). And again: increase in taxation on games (gambling and lotteries) and in the annual fees due by the holders of radio and television concessionsisive private. This is the alternative coverage presented by the Movimento 5stelle (first signed by deputies Azzurra Cancelleri and Alessio Villarosa) to the Labor decree under examination in the Finance and Labor commissions in the Chamber. A cover that – according to the M5s – it can bring over one billion euros into the state coffers, capable of freezing the increase in VAT and therefore replacing the current one provided for by the decree: the increase in advances on income taxes, personal income tax (from 99 to 100%) and Ires (from 100 to 101%) for the 2013 tax period.
The 5 stars are asking to increase taxation on financial income, but also to increase taxes on public gaming: with increases from 10,6 to 13,6%, from 11,6 to 14,6%. As regards the annual fee for radio and television concessions (with the exception of public ones), the Movement requests that the increase in fees be established by means of a decree (from the Minister of
economic development) by 31 August next, able to
ensure a higher annual revenue of 100 million euros.
