(Jamma) Merkur Spielbanken Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH & Co. KG has been awarded the tender for the management of casinos in the German state of Saxony Anhalt. The company is the result of the partnership created by the Gauselmann group and the Swiss casino operator Stadtcasino Baden AG. Merkur Spielbanken's offer was preferred to that presented by 4 other entities.
