(Jammu) The decree of 23 December 2013 regarding the "Approval of sector studies relating to economic activities in the services sector" was published in yesterday's Official Gazette.
Among the approved studies, there is the WG37U, which also applies to taxpayers who deal with the "management of devices that allow cash winnings operating with coins or tokens, activity code 92.00.02 (limited to the collection of bets on behalf of the licensee through machines for lawful gaming with cash winnings pursuant to Article 110, paragraph 6 of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety (TULPS), in the capacity of operators or owners of the same machines)".
