The Court of Palermo – Review section – annulled the measures issued against those involved in the Breaking Bet operation, conducted by the DIA operational section of Palermo at the disposal of the Anti-mafia investigative directorate
In the case of Angelo De Marco the judges of the capital accepted the lawyer's defense thesis Tony Ragusa canceling the measures initially issued against De Marco who therefore returns completely to freedom.
