Opening hours more restrictive for the operation of slots in gaming and betting rooms. And not only. This is what the new regulation for the correct carrying out of commercial activities launched by the Municipality of Palermo provides.
The Municipality has published the new nightlife regulations, approved by the city council on February 17th. The text that regulates Palermo's nightlife will come into force on March 19.
The operating hours of gaming machines with cash winnings, referred to in art. 110
paragraph 6 letter a) and b) of the TULPS located in the businesses authorized pursuant to art. 86 of the TULPS (game rooms,
bars, restaurants, hotels) and in establishments authorized pursuant to art. 88 of the TULPS (betting halls, bingo halls, VLT halls, etc.), as well as in commercial establishments, tobacconists and bookshops lotto
are as follows: from 15,00pm to 20pm every day including holidays. Exclusively for bingo halls, the operating hours will be regulated by a specific Union Ordinance.
Violators are punished with the application of the administrative sanction of the payment of
a sum from €25,00 to €500,00 for each verified violation, in accordance with the regulations
from the art. 7 bis of the Legislative Decree. n. 267/2000.
