“The nightlife regulation, approved by the City Council, provides the city with a tool that can guide towards better coexistence between those who want to enjoy healthy entertainment, entrepreneurs and residents who have the right to peace.

This document has been awaited for a long time and has arrived after a long journey. But every additional analysis, in the City Council, in the summits with institutions such as the Prefecture or the police, in moments of confrontation with the categories and with the citizen committees, was not in vain. Indeed, it served to correct and meet everyone's needs as much as possible. Precisely this work involved both the administration and the commissions and majority and opposition council groups which we thank.

A thank you that must also be dutifully extended to the offices for the work done.

The regulation contains important and courageous points, starting from greater regulation and reduced hours for slot machines and authorized game rooms up to the time limits to protect areas of the city, in particular the historic center and the requirements for public places show.

The text also contains the transposition of the Franceschini Law which will allow planning of licenses and new business openings. The hope is that the collective contribution that led to the development of the regulation can find shape in compliance with the rules by all the subjects involved".

Thus the mayor Roberto Lagalla and the councilor for Productive Activities Giuliano Forzinetti.
