The notice of extension of suspension of tender notice deadlines published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic - Assignment in
concession, pursuant to art. 176 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 36/23, for a period of 2 (two) years, of the management service of the municipal equestrian facility called "Agnano Racecourse".
“With reference to the open procedure for the awarding of concessions, pursuant to art. 176 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 36/23, for a period of 2 years, of the management service of the municipal equestrian facility called "Ippodromo di Agnano" - we read -, published in the OJEU 2023/S 242-758955 of 15/12/23 and in the GURI 5a Special Series n. 144 of 15/12/23, we inform you that with Management Resolution no. 4 of 09/04/2024 (DETDI/2024/0000320) of the Sports Activities Promotion Service, the extension of the suspension of the offer expiry date has been ordered for a further period of 20 days starting from 12/04 /2024 to 01/05/2024″.
