The Customs and Monopolies Agency has published the Statistical Bulletin for the fourth quarter of 2023. The Statistical Bulletin is a report with which the Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) exposes, on a quarterly basis, the results achieved in the sectors competence. In addition to providing a snapshot of the activities carried out by the Agency, the document represents a management reporting tool that supports the Agency's supervisory activities. Below are all the data relating to the gaming sector:

Below is the full statistical bulletin:

The data used, of an operational and management nature, refer to the period 1 October 2023 - 31 December 2023 and were extracted from the main Information Systems of the Agency. The data extracted and historicized as of January 29, 2024 have been integrated with information bases
internal, managed by ADM through custom IT tools.

  • The time window considered for the purposes of data analysis includes the time series, collected on a quarterly basis, for the years 2022 and 2023.
  • Some data, already published in previous editions of the reporting (for example the "Blue Book"), may have undergone updates following corrections and additions. In fact, these adjustments, based on the provisions in force, can be made, for certain data, even after some time (for example for the correction of data on customs declarations, system updating of seizure forms). Obviously, as time passes, the probability that such adjustments will be made is reduced. Consequently, after a certain time interval, the data are "consolidated" and are subsequently destined not to change further.
  • For the Customs sector, the data relating to import/export flows refer to the declarations registered with the DAU form, to the paths of new imports H1-H6, excluding H2 and H7, and to the paths of new exports B1, B2 and B4.
  • Estimates (e.g. percentages, averages, KPIs, etc.) are made on non-approximated absolute statistical values and, therefore, may differ slightly from the estimates that would be obtained on the data published in this Statistical Bulletin.
  • The variations between percentage values are calculated as the arithmetic difference between the percentages of two time periods compared and are indicated in terms of percentage points with the notation «pp».
  • Where the value of the data is equal to zero or close to zero, therefore considered negligible, the notation "-" (hyphen) has been used, while in the case in which the phenomenon does not exist or it is not possible to arithmetically estimate a result, the notation has been used the notation «NA» (not applicable).
