Total gambling consumption for betting, online casinos, slot machines and physical casinos amounted to DKK 587 million in February 2024, an increase of 18,3% compared to February 2023.
A lower payback share means higher gaming consumption
The overall increase in gaming consumption increases for all four gaming areas. Among other things, spending on betting increased by 32,5%. This increase may be partly due to the share of winnings being slightly lower in February 2024 compared to February 2023.
