(Jamma) To allow the collection of tax and non-tax revenue pertaining to the Autonomous Administration of State Monopolies (now the Customs and Monopolies Agency - Monopolies Area) the Revenue Agency establishes, respectively with resolutions no. 85/E and 86/E of 28 November, two new tax codes.

The consolidated text of public safety laws (Tulps) identifies which devices are suitable for lawful gaming that are part of the telematic network, and a subsequent convention regulates the concession relationship that allows the creation and management of the network for telematic management of lawful gaming, with particular regard to Vlt amusement and entertainment machines.
To allow for the payment of the sums due for uncollected tickets, once the time has elapsed for requesting payment of the related securities, and of the interest income relating to the financial management of gaming collection through amusement and entertainment machines, resolution no. 85/E today the following tax codes:
- 5348 tickets not collected on Vlt amusement and entertainment machines
- 5349 interest income relating to the financial management of gaming through amusement and entertainment machines.
