“The Legislative Decree containing the new rules on online gaming has been in force since 3 April, the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. From the rules for the assignment of concessions and their content to the characteristics of the offer, from the functions of the top-up sales points to the methods of playing and collecting winnings, everything is contained in this provision known as Decree 41/2024 or PVR Decree. Over time, we will have the opportunity to assimilate the individual aspects in detail, also in light of the implementation measures that will follow.
