With reference to the news on the matter to the order of the Lazio TAR of 09.11.2023, the secondary office with stable representation in Italy of Global Starnet Limited in Judicial Administration specifies that the order rules on the appeal presented by Global Starnet Limited (UK), which has not carried out concession activities since the appointment of the Judicial Administrators by the Court of Rome.
The secondary office with stable representation in Italy of Global Starnet Limited - to be understood as a company distinct from Global Starnet Limited (UK) - and the only one carrying out the business activity "continuously", is not affected by the effects of the ruling of the administrative judge, having among other things not considered necessary the burden of the ADM provision.
Therefore, we hereby reiterate the total extraneous nature of the secondary office with stable representation in Italy to the effects of the ruling of the TAR for Lazio and confirm the continuation of the business activity without interruption under the direction and control of the Court of Rome.
