The Guardia di Finanza and the local police of Albenga jointly carried out an in-depth check of a private club, with the help of the Carabinieri Dog Unit of Villanova D'Albenga.
The check made it possible to ascertain multiple violations relating to failure to comply with the legislation against gambling, in particular, the absence of the table of prohibited games pursuant to art. 110 TULPS and registration in the RIES system, which led to the imposition of administrative sanctions for an amount of 10 thousand euros.
