TGI has received a responsible gaming accreditation for its global gaming operations and PlayDigital twigs Global Gambling Guidance.

Through its accreditation programme, G4 aims to reduce the impact of problem gambling. IGT was independently evaluated to determine whether the company's player protection tools and responsible gaming information were above industry standards.

“IGT was the first provider in the industry to earn G4 accreditation for Gaming Excellence and Digital Responsible Gaming and the first in the United States to be accredited for sports betting. IGT will continue to uphold itself and our partners to the highest standards of responsible gaming, promoting positive gaming for all.”

The G4 audit assessed IGT in terms of responsible gambling code of conduct, corporate standards, operational code of practice, training, player protection tools, staff and responsible gambling, staff and gambling Problem gambling and player protection framework.

The company first received accreditation from the gaming certification body responsible for its gaming operations in 2017, its digital solutions in 2019 and its sports betting business in 2022.
