Appointment with history. In the night (not before 4.30 am Italian time), Jannik Sinner (in the photo) is chasing the Australian Open final: after having played a fantastic tournament and not having dropped a single set in the first five matches, the blue player finds himself facing the toughest obstacle, number 1 of the world Novak Djokovic, who has already won ten times in his career in Melbourne. The odds obviously reward the Serbian, who is looking for his 25th Slam title, but Sinner has every right to dream: on Snai, Djokovic's victory is played at 1,48, Sinner's at 2,65. The gap narrows, even if slightly, in the odds on the player who will win the first set: Nole at 1,57, Jannik at 2,30.

Antepost – As evidence of the extraordinary form of the 22-year-old from Sesto, the fact that the antepost odds for winning the tournament have almost halved: starting at 7,00, Sinner has now collapsed to 3,75, an offer that after the elimination of Alcaraz in the quarter-final of the lower part of the draw against Zverev makes him the second favorite for the triumph, behind the usual Djokovic at 1,80. On the lowest step of the podium is Medvedev at 5,00, with the Russian who in tomorrow's Italian morning will play for second place in the final against Zverev, last in the anteposts at 8,50.
