Over the next three years, tax and non-tax revenues attributable to public gaming activities will bring just over 29 billion euros into the state coffers. This is what is forecast in the 2024-2026 budget note.

The Note illustrates the public finance policy scenario in which the State budget law for the three-year period 2024-2026 is placed, presents the financial framework of the State budget and describes
the allocation of appropriations among aggregates that reflect the functions and objectives pursued through state spending.

Taxes and duties from gaming activities led to revenues of 2023 billion in 6,7 which, according to MEF forecasts, will exceed 7 billion a year. 21,9 billion per year were instead accounted for as extra-tax revenues, i.e. proceeds from Lotto, lotteries, Bingo and betting.
