Stability. Two more executives at the Customs and Monopolies Agency

(Jamma) The game of amendments to the Stability law, which arrives today in the Chamber of the Chamber, is over. During the examination by the Budget Commission, no changes were introduced to the text regarding games. The text relating to the new call for applications also remains unchanged Bingo concessions.

The only change with respect to the text approved by the Senate concerns the introduction of two managerial positions of a general level at the Customs and Monopolies Agency, with the simultaneous suppression of two managerial positions of a similar level at the Revenue Agency. The provision is a consequential effect of the incorporation of the Autonomous Administration of State Monopolies into the Customs Agency, pursuant to article 23-quater of Decree Law no. 95 of 2012.

Consequently, the financial allocations for the operating expenses of the Revenue Agency have been reduced and the financial allocations of the Customs and Monopolies Agency have increased.

The rule specifies that the establishment of the two new positions has no effect for the purposes of the relationship between general level managerial personnel and non-general level managerial personnel envisaged for the Customs and Monopolies Agency by article 23-quinquies, paragraph 1 , letter a), number 2, of Legislative Decree no. 95 of 2012.
