The Senate Budget Commission, called upon to express its opinion to the Finance Commission on the amendments relating to the fiscal Delegation, expressed a negative opinion due to critical issues of a financial nature to the amendment proposals 13.25 and 13.26 concerning the reorganization of public gaming.
Below are the texts of the two amendments that received the opposite opinion:

At the end of paragraph 2, letter h), add the following words: "destination of tax revenues deriving from gaming with cash prizes directly to the regions and municipalities according to the origin of the profit to be allocated to the financing of prevention and gambling assistance.

In paragraph 2, letter h), after the last sentence add the following sentence: «As of 1 January 2024 the Tax on Entertainment
referred to in the decree of the President of the Republic n. 640 of 1972 is suppressed ».
