Palomba (IDV) is calling upon the Sardinian mayors to contribute in the fight against gambling

(Jamma) The secretary of Italia dei Valori Federico Palomba wrote to the Sardinian mayors asking for a strong collaboration in the fight against gambling started by Italia dei Valori. «I ask you politely, in the context of the usual reports of institutional collaboration, of wanting to facilitate the collection of signatures among his fellow citizens», writes Palomba to the first citizens recalling that the collection of signatures against gambling also started in Sardinia by the IDV, is meeting with great favor and can be signed by citizens in all municipalities. The president of the ANCI, Cristiano Erriu and numerous mayors, including those of Nuoro and Sassari, have already joined the IDV initiative, recalls the secretary Palomba. At a national level, the first Italian citizens openly sided against gambling addiction by publishing a Manifesto for the fight against gambling. In the letter Palomba recalls that all citizens, who are showing great interest in the initiative, can go to the municipalities to sign the bill for the absolute ban on gambling, the third largest Italian industry that is causing devastating damage to people and to the economy through the sharp contraction in consumption for the approximately 100 billion burned in the game and subtracted from the purchase of often essential goods.
