Palermo, nightlife regulations: hypothetical slots on from 15pm to 22pm

After the approval of the first two articles, the discussion in the City Council of the new regulation on Palermo's nightlife was postponed until Friday. In particular, there is a article of the regulation which also concerns gaming and betting rooms. According to the latest rumours, compared to the current rules, there is a single operating time for gaming machines such as slot machines: from 15pm to 22pm, while now the stop is at midnight. As regards arcades, and especially bingo, there is still no clarity. By reducing the night hours of the bingo halls, which currently close at 1 on weekdays and at 4 on holidays, there is in fact the risk that the measure will be challenged, without considering that there could be serious repercussions on the staff.
