In Milan, in the last session, the Sala council approved a regulation to authorize or revoke the registration of the "brand" by third parties. The objective, as the resolution explains, is to "preserve and carefully manage the denomination", which is "important to protect the image of the city and promote the cultural, economic and social development of the territory". The code is made up of nine articles and will soon be submitted to the City Council for final approval.
