“After the article, insert the following: «Art. 39-bis (Refinancing fund for pathological gambling (GAP))1. The fund referred to in article 1, paragraph 946, of law 28 December 2015, n. 208 is refinanced for an amount equal to euro 10 million starting from the year 2024.». Consequently, in article 86, paragraph 2, replace the words: "of 100 million" with the following: "of 90 million". This is what the senators propose Croatti, Bevilacqua, Patuanelli, Castellone e Damant (M5S) in an amendment (39.0.16) to the Maneuver.
