Horse racing, Lollobrigida (Masaf): “Gocciadoro Triumph and Vernissage Grif national pride”

“Congratulations to Alessandro Gocciadoro and Vernissage Grif, son of Varenne, who triumphed in the Grand Critérium de Vitesse in France, setting a new race and track record. This victory represents an important success and a moment of great pride for Italian horse racing and for our nation. After yesterday's victory in rugby, another international triumph for Italian sport. Thanks for the efforts made in support of horse racing to the Masaf undersecretary Giacomo La Pietra, together with the General Director Remo Chiodi who attended the race together with the leaders of the European trotting, including the President and the General Secretary of the European Union Trotto, Marjaana Alaviuhkola and Guillaume Maupas. An applause to all those who worked with commitment, dedication and passion to make this success possible which allows Italian horse racing to be competitive in the world".
