(Jamma) The bill by the Hon. of the Pd Basso and others containing «Amendments to article 7 of the decree-law of 13 September 2012, n. 158, converted, with amendments, by law 8 November 2012, n. 189, and other provisions on the subject of the prohibition of advertising of games with cash prizes and regulation of the authorization to exercise them» was also signed yesterday by the deputy Marco Donati (Pd).
The Basso proposal, presented on 27 March last, calls in a nutshell for gambling addiction to be considered in the same way as addiction to tobacco or alcohol and for this to ban all types of advertising.
