(Jamma) With an amendment to the law decree containing "Urgent measures for the rebalancing of public finances as well as on immigration", the honorable member of the Pdl Rocco Palese asks for the year 2013 the municipalities holding concessions for playing the game to grant financial spaces equal to 40 million euros and the Ministry of the Economy and Finance will define the criteria for allocating the amount "in proportion to the amount, recorded on average in the three-year period 2007-2009, of the amounts paid to the casino management companies, by virtue of conventional obligations existing between the parties, and taxes related to the management of the casino".
However, the proposed amendment was declared inadmissible.
Below is the text of the proposal
Add to article 2 in paragraph 5, after letter b), add the following:
b-bis) after paragraph 16 the following is inserted:
« 16-bis. For the year 2013, the municipalities holding concessions for gambling are granted financial spaces totaling 40 million euros.
By decree of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, to be issued within 30 days of the entry into force of the law converting this decree, the criteria for allocating the amount referred to in the previous period are defined, in proportion to the amount, recorded on average in the three-year period 2007-2009, of the amounts paid to the casino management companies, by virtue of the contractual obligations existing between the parties, and of the taxes related to the management of the casino »;
Consequently, after paragraph 5,
add the following:
5-bis. The burden deriving from the implementation of paragraph 5, letter b-bis), is provided for by means of a corresponding reduction in the endowment of the fund, pursuant to article 1, paragraph 1240, of the law of 27 December 2006, n. 296.
