Horse breeding discipline, Toniatti (Anact): “The Amidei and Gadda bills are good, we hope for quick approval”

“The National Association of Trotting Horse Breeders welcomes the full publication of the bill presented by Senator Bartolomeo Amidei entitled "Discipline of horse farming activities, as well as delegation to the Government regarding measures in favor of the horse agricultural supply chain". A bill that Anact deems worthy of support, as the text contains the necessary and urgent measures that Anact has been asking for and demanding for months, starting from agricultural recognition and the transposition of the European directive on reduced VAT on horses . All this in the imminence of the discussions in the Commission and the arrival in the Montecitorio Chamber of the Gadda bill, another provision containing such vital measures for the survival of a sector in serious crisis, is a small positive sign. The hope is that the Government and Parliament will implement these proposals and move towards rapid approval and entry into force".
