“I ask for special consideration towards the category of young entrepreneurs I represent. Today we see the constitutional right of free enterprise violated, at present we find ourselves in a grip of regulatory gaps. There are no certainties, it is not clear whether our work can be done or not, but everyone knows that an entrepreneur must have rules. For me, more definitions are needed than rules, because not having definitions leaves too much discretion to those who sanction. Working abroad I realized that there you can do everything that is not prohibited, while in Italy it is better to only do what is expressly permitted. We ask the Commission to evaluate the complete separation of the devices used commercially every day for gaming and e-sports from what is sector 6 and 7 C of the Tulps. Finally, consider that within this system there is also all the related activities generated by hardware manufacturers, which is not insignificant".

He said so Alessio Cicolari (in the photo), entrepreneur and owner of Ak Informatica, heard by the joint Culture and Work Commissions of the Chamber on the resolution concerning the introduction of an e-sports discipline.
