The draft decree on the reorganization of online gaming will be before the Council of Ministers next Monday, March 11th. After the parliamentary passage the text underwent some changes. The decree brings about the reorganization, also through a systematic and organic collection, of the general provisions applicable to public games admitted in Italy and, in particular, of those relating to remote games. The provisions relating to public games admitted in Italy collected via physical network are contained in a subsequent legislative decree issued after the definition of a specific programmatic agreement in this regard between the State, Regions and local authorities.
