In the aftermath of theaudition in commission of the sole administrator of the Casino de la Vallée of Saint-Vincent, the regional councilor of Rassemblement valdotain and former regional councilor with delegation to the investees, Stefano Aggravi, wrote a post on Facebook referring to his colleague Albert Chatrian (Alliance Valdotaine).

“Someone is pointing the finger at the moon again – we read in the post – but focusing precisely on his (usual) little finger. It's easy to do the math in other people's pockets today, but forgetting a good part of the issue, including the fact that if we had to reach the solution of the agreement it's because before the maths were anything but prosperous and certain solutions (like the famous law regional 7/2017) contributed to the waste of public resources, as did the many consultancies, the 'strange' commercial agreements with companies that in times of crisis launched press releases on possible availability to purchase the gaming house".

“Dear 'ditino' – continues Aggravi – how much money has been spent in recent years? How many local and foreign gurus have come and gone with the solution in their pocket, bringing the accounts to where we know? It's easy today to say 'it could have been done differently'. Oh yes, a few more public euros were enough, right? It is easy today to say that 'an agreement that pays 100%, what kind of agreement is it?', but the extraordinary procedures are not created to take home 'a discount' on the debt, but rather to restore companies and it is known that in Italy often the activation of agreements arrives late and in companies close to liquidation, why not read the data for what it is? It's easy today to say and act like a professor, but I wonder where the gentlemen were when the accounts were in the red and the company seriously risked ending up like another well-known Italian casino?”, concludes the councilor.
