Football, Abodi (Sports Minister): “Aid for Serie A? I work at a percentage on bets"

Andrea Abodi, Minister for Sport and Youth, tries to clarify and, as reported in today's edition of The print, hypothesizes a solution to allocate more funds to clubs: «I believe that assigning the organizers of Italian sporting events a percentage of the bet collection can avoid their exclusion from the value chain, which to this day benefits the State, the prize pool and the concessionaires.
