''A small revolution, or rather two. The Minister for Sport and Youth, Andrea Abodi, is about to propose two innovations to the world of football that will certainly cause discussion''. This is what we read in an interview with La Repubblica with Sports Minister Abodi.

The first of these revolutions ''is something that could change the approach of the football system to the training of the many young people, but not only, who are part of it: players, of course, but also coaches, managers, trainers, assistants. A "Charter of Duties", which FIGC members, starting from those of the three professional leagues, A, B and Lega Pro, will have to read and sign. «I'm thinking of something to attach to the respective individual contracts», says Abodi, who will shortly present his proposal to the Football Federation and, then, to the Leagues and the technical components.

«When the agreements are signed between the club and the member, the mutual rights and duties are established, on the basis of the collective agreement. But taking advantage of the experiences and news of these years, I believe that contracts and ethical codes are not enough, that we need to focus more on duties. I am referring above all to "behavioural duties". A sort of reminder of the ethics that will have to be based.

«The topic of resource distribution and system mutuality will naturally be discussed, linking it with the priority issue of infrastructure. I am thinking of using part of the revenues from audiovisual rights to be able to offer infrastructure at European levels. A rule that allows clubs to maximize revenues, putting fans who want to live their passion and their experience at the stadium or in front of a screen, from the television to the smartphone, in the best conditions", writes La Repubblica.
