Yesterday, during the examination of the bill "Provisions and delegation to the Government regarding the prevention and combating of bullying and cyberbullying" (C. 536-891-910-B, approved, in a unified text, by Chamber and modified by the Senate) in the joint Justice and Social Affairs Commissions of the Chamber, some amendments were deemed inadmissible, including one concerning the gaming sector signed by Silvia Roggiani (PD-IDP).
Below is the text of the Roggiani amendment declared inadmissible:
ART. 5.
In paragraph 1, letter a), replace the words: attributable to the phenomena of bullying and cyberbullying, situations of use or abuse of alcohol or drugs and forms of addiction with the following: attributable to the phenomena of bullying and cyberbullying , to phenomena of violence and discrimination, situations of use or abuse of alcohol or narcotics and forms of addiction such as gambling addiction and gambling.
