Casino di Sanremo SpA announces that as part of the company reorganization process, the selective procedure aimed at hiring technical employees in the traditional games area has been completed.

The selection procedure was conducted in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations for the regulation of access to employment and personnel recruitment methods", containing the criteria and methods for the hiring of employees in implementation of the provisions of referred to in the art. 19 of Legislative Decree no. 175 of 17/08/2016, in compliance with the principles, also of European origin, of transparency, publicity and impartiality, as well as the principles referred to in art. 35, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001.

At the end of the selection activities, a merit ranking was drawn up, including 38 candidates found suitable for the job. The validity of the ranking will last until 16 October 2025.

In light of the current need for human resources that has emerged in the traditional games area, a part-time permanent hiring proposal will be made, as provided for in the relevant Notice, to 25 candidates by scrolling the ranking.

As a continuation of the company reorganisation, the necessary selective procedures will be launched within the necessary technical timeframes in order to fill the staffing gaps that have emerged in the other company functions.
