Microgame headquarters in Malta on the occasion of SiGMA Europe 2023 is at the stand 1089 where it will bring some of the main innovations produced by its software house. The new one illustrates the company's strategies, innovations and future objectives general manager Marco Bedendo (in the picture): having arrived a few months ago, he immediately entered into harmony with the new Microgame reality.

The agreement with Sisal for the supply of the platform Omnichannel

The main innovations of the new platform 

“For years Microgame has been investing to put the player at the center of the business, with innovations such as algorithms for the allocation and proposition of games based on user preferences and habits and a native and omnichannel CRM platform. The new platform intends to further strengthen this primacy thanks to important User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) innovations which allow intuitive and engaging navigation in the name of increasingly more personalization to allow our customers to have greater independence and autonomy in adapting the interface to your preferences and needs. Furthermore, new gamification tools and version 2.0 of our Artificial Intelligence algorithms lead to greater engagement and fun. Some new features are already in production, such as vertical and cross business missions, and others of a more general nature will arrive with the new New Bos platform such as omnichannel affiliation tools, promotional campaigns that can be managed directly by the point of sale supply chain and support for new virtual wallet payment systems”.  

Regulatory context and new Microgame strategy 

“The form that the new regulation will take is not yet clearly defined, but it is certain that the values ​​of the tender and competitive trends will determine a significant concentration of the market. In this context, Microgame will be the reference partner for medium-sized Italian companies, guaranteeing a consolidated and cutting-edge platform and technology. We also propose ourselves as a facilitator of aggregations to help our customers reach the economic dimensions necessary to invest and compete in the market with a technological and product offer at the level of the main operators". 

Internationalization: Microgame's objectives  

“Opening up to the international market is certainly an important component of our development strategy, which always has the Italian market as its primary focus, in which we want to consolidate and expand our leadership also in the face of the future regulatory context. The internationalization plan envisages positioning itself as a primary Service Provider in various jurisdictions, capitalizing on the experience acquired on the national territory, thanks to our innovative omnichannel, multi-language and multi-currency platform, as well as evaluating the acquisition of some operating licenses to be active , even directly, in higher value markets. Some opportunities are being evaluated in both BTB and BTC in some countries which should move to the operational phase in the second half of 2024".
