The Scan and Redeem solution allows you to scan an Instant Scratch Off ticket and redeem winnings from $101 up to $5.000 directly into their linked bank account, via automatic transfer

International Game Technology PLC (IGT) announced that its subsidiary, IGT Global Solutions Corporation, has extended its contract with the South Dakota Lottery for five years, through 2031. As part of this contract extension, IGT will provide its Scan solution and Redeem, allowing South Dakota Lottery players to scan an instant or drawing-based Scratch-Off ticket and redeem winnings from $101 to $5.000 directly into their linked bank account, via automatic clearinghouse transfer (ACH ).

“With the introduction of IGT's Scan and Redeem feature, the South Dakota Lottery offers players the opportunity to have expanded options for receiving their winnings, rather than having to drive several hours to a redemption center or wait for checks are delivered by post", said Norm Lingle, executive director of the South Dakota Lottery. “IGT has been our trusted growth partner for nearly 15 years and we are pleased to extend this successful partnership for another five years, providing more convenient lottery solutions to our players.”
