High-performance at a management level, financially reliable and sometimes even sustainable. There are 196 of the most competitive companies in Italy distinguished by sectors which, objectively through a budget algorithm and financial rating, awarded today 11 December with the Industria Felix Award - The Italy that competes, in Milan, in Piazza Affari at Palazzo Mezzanotte, headquarters of ELITE and Borsa Italiana. 

Agri-food, majority-owned by the public, environment and communication, culture, information and entertainment are the most rewarded sectors with regards to the financial statements for the 2021 fiscal year (the latest available overall for analysis) with 17, 16 and 15 companies respectively on the podium. Just as there are four regions that boast a higher number of awarded companies than the others, especially in the sphere of SMEs: Puglia (28), Campania (27), Lazio (24) and Lombardy (23). Also in the limelight are 6 companies with billions in turnover: 2 each for Lombardy and Lazio and one for Campania and Sicily.

The 53rd event is organized by Industria Felix Magazine, a quarterly edited by Michele Montemurro which will be released next Monday as a free supplement with Il Sole 24 Ore in the main Italian cities with an investigation into the rates of deterioration in the Abi-Cerved data. The fourth national edition, however, is carried out in collaboration with Cerved, Luiss Guido Carli University, Ac Industria Felix, with the support of Confindustria, with the patronage of Simest, with the media partnership of Il Sole 24 Ore and Askanews, with the partnerships of Banca Mediolanum, Mediolanum Private Banking, Grant Thornton, ELITE, Plus Innovation and M&L Consulting Group.
