DATA.BET will be present at ICE with the clear mission of "dispelling the prejudices and doubts surrounding esports", while demonstrating how the iGaming sector can profit from this global phenomenon which, according to forecasts, will have a of $31 billion by 2031 (Esports Betting Market Share & Growth Analysis Report 2023).

DATA.BET, the esports data provider, combines expert industry knowledge with world-class technology. This year it is the main sponsor of both the hugely popular ICE Esports Arena and the Esports Betting Conference (EBC), which will be held on 8 February at the ICC Capital Suite at ExCeL in London.

In view of the most important fair in the international sector, DATA.BET explained: “The DATA.BET stand is strategically positioned next to the arena, allowing easy access to our experts who, in turn, will be present on site, eager to share how we transform betting and odds into real time. This is a huge advantage and an opportunity to receive first-hand information, know the details of the process and understand how we handle incoming data. This activity is unique because such content helps operators understand the process internally, predict esports market trends and provide numerous insights for the iGaming industry.”

Part of the inspiration will be provided by the high-adrenaline experiential activities that will take place in the Esports Arena. The theme for 2024 is F1 esports and Clarion Gaming has secured professional esports world champion drivers Brendon Leigh and Lucas Blakeley, who will go head-to-head to demonstrate the dynamic world of esports racing.

DATA.BET will cover the action and provide real-time odds that will be displayed in the Arena. Visitors will immerse themselves in VR and haptic racing, compete on four connected simulated platforms, participate in a Pit Stop team challenge and finally test their skills against the Arena's F1 esports world champions.

DATA.BET believes that the combination of interactive engagement and knowledge gained from experts will help strengthen the scope of the esports opportunity. Alex Kozachenko (pictured) explained: “It's a challenge to be fully aware of the dynamic nature of esports simply because the industry is constantly evolving and growing at an exponential rate. To fill these knowledge gaps, we clarify the differences from traditional sports to operators, share information, data, statistics and growth forecasts with operators, helping them focus on what matters most. We aim to improve awareness through strategic partnerships, publicizing esports in the media and at major industry events such as ICE. Bringing together groups with diverse backgrounds, such as operators, providers, esports representatives, affiliates and journalists, can create the ground for broad knowledge sharing thanks to the diversity of their audiences.”

The ICE Esports experience is complemented by the Esports Betting Conference (EBC), which allows delegates to help shape the esports betting landscape. The event draws on the knowledge of experts such as Alex Kozachenko, Chief Product Officer of DATA.BET, who will explore the critical aspects of data integrity, optimal data sourcing and effective data application together with other data experts esports.
