As of January 1, 2024, the annual fee for slot machines has been adjusted to 723 DKK (96,95 euros) per machine.
In accordance with section 20 of the Personal Income Tax Act, there has been an annual adjustment of commissions for Danish slot machines. As of January 1, 2024, the fee amounts to DKK 723 per slot.
The fee must be declared and paid no later than January 31, 2024, just as taxes for winning slot machines set up and put into operation during 2024 must be declared and paid by the end of the following month. Commissions for winning on slot machines that are grossly or repeatedly undeclared may result in your license being revoked by the Danish Gambling Authority.
