TripleSdata (tSd) e Total Performance Data (TPD) have announced a partnership with Racing Victoria which will integrate live race tracking content from Victoria's most used racecourses into TPD's live odds engine, generating fully automated in-the-run odds for every runner during the race.

Punters can therefore expect an expanded in-the-run offering that will provide odds for all runners in the field and while a race is underway. tSd's SMART tracking solution is now operational in six iconic locations where a significant portion of Racing Victoria's betting occurs: Caulfield, Flemington, Moonee Valley, Sandown, Pakenham and Cranbourne.

This partnership presents an exceptional opportunity to automate and improve in-the-run betting, thereby increasing revenue and engagement.

TPD's in-play betting service in the UK, US and Canada is already live with major bookmakers such as Ladbrokes, Coral, William Hill, BetVictor, BoyleSports and Sky Bet. Integration negotiations are currently underway with major Australian WSPs.

Simon Cunliffe, general manager of betting and business development at Racing Victoria, commented: “Driving innovation surrounding new ways to bet and engage in our racing product is a key component of our strategy at Racing Victoria. We are pleased to partner with tSd and TPD to leverage their expertise in ongoing probability creation and the positive impacts we expect this will have on revenue".

Carlos Santo, CEO of tripleSdata, said: “The commercialization of racing data has always been at the forefront of tSd's strategy for our customers. In-play betting is an exciting new revenue stream that we believe will provide great value to jurisdictions in the coming years".

Will Duff Gordon, CEO of Total Performance Data, said: “We are thrilled to partner with such a big name in world racing. Victorian Racing stands out as one of the pre-eminent racing products globally and Australian bettors are renowned for their unparalleled passion. We look forward to enabling an immersive in-the-run and cash-out betting experience".
