Lottomatica Group completes the acquisition of SKS365

Lottomatica Group SpA (“Lottomatica") announces that, in line with what has been disclosed to the market, GBO SpA, a company wholly owned indirectly by Lottomatica, has carried out the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of SKS365 Malta Holdings Limited (“SKS365”).
Following the above, Lottomatica will provide, as soon as practicable, an update to its guidance for fiscal 2024 to include SKS36.
