Yesterday the examination of the bill continued in the Senate Budget Committee "Regulation of video game competitions” signed by Marti (Lega) and others.

President Nicola Calandrini (FdI) asks the Government representative whether the requested elements on the provision under examination are available, on which he requests the necessary clarifications from the Executive. Undersecretary Federico Freni clarifies that on the provision under consideration
there is a preliminary question due to the treatment of the matter within the scope of the tax delegation, which incorporates the contents covered by the provision. He therefore recalls that the Government is working on the implementation aspects of this delegation, therefore he highlights how, while accepting the request on the provision, there is an issue that affects the further course of the opinion of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The continuation of the exam is therefore postponed.
