(Jamma) Set up a Horse Racing Council made up of 3 members representing the racing societies, 4 members representing the Trot, and 4 members representing the Gallop. This is the proposal put forward by the Unitary Horse Racing Representation in a note explaining that "For years there has been discussion of the opportunity for the Ministry of Horseracing Policies to set up a Council representing horseracing stakeholders". A choice that can no longer be postponed "given the definitive closure of the Axis and the establishment of a Department of Horse Racing Policies as well as the willingness expressed several times by the Minister and the Undersecretary to start a process aimed at the sharing and participation of the entire Supply Chain".
