Everything is ready for the 47th day of the trotting season, horses on the track starting from 12
All 'Snai La Maura Racecourse we enter the Christmas atmosphere with a Wednesday 20 of trips valid for the 47th seasonal day of trot on the circuit of via Lampugnano, 95. With free entry starting from 11, while the races will begin from 12pm, the complete program, at 12 pm from the qualifying test for 25-year-old horses, presents the test combined with the Tris-Quarté-Quinté closing and opening the test dedicated to amateur trotting and without a whip, with the dispute of the charity event 'Christmas stars' sponsored by CGM Electromechanics and organized with the collaboration of The Stars' Charity Horse Racing Circuit, in which a group of characters known to the public, passionate and in love with horses, get involved by replacing professional drivers. But let's see the program with the races in order of release.
PROGRAM
FIRST RUN – CHRISTMAS STARS 2023 – TR. CGM ELECTROMECHANICS
We start with the invitational race reserved for the 'Christmas Stars 2023' - CGM Elettromeccanica Trophy in which Aesir Selva, who scored in his last outing, also plays the role of favorite from outside the front row. With him Biscuit del Nord who is fresh from a victory and, although from the second row, has the engine to extricate himself. Silverado Lux, expected to be the clear favorite on the recent Sunday at the mounted trot, finds the autostart again with well-founded ambitions of victory. Zeruono Mmg also took to the track on Sunday, playing a valid qualifying run for the Final of the Objective Home Trophy again in La Maura and then finishing out of the picture in the final but, given his rivals and the partial time at his disposal, in this context he could make the 'voice' big'. The surprise could be Zafira.
SECOND RACE – NO. COBALT PRIZE
Followed by the conditional test for 2-year-old horses who have not won 2.000 euros in their career. At his debut, Filos Di Poggio did not confirm expectations but he has everything to redeem himself and overcome the competition led primarily by the debutant French Connection. Fortedeimarmi Dr and Freisa Roc proved to be serious and constant as indicated by the placings obtained in the two races held and aim to extend the positive streak. Fede Italia, Flaviana Grif and For Love As seem capable of large and immediate progress which makes them competitive in terms of placement. Since these are horses with little experience, obviously other insertions cannot be ruled out.
THIRD RACE – DEMON PRIZE OF NO
4 year old horses engaged in claiming for 8.000 euros entrusted to the hands of the Gentlemen in which Docena and Dj Dei Veltri are the expected protagonists with preference for the female of Fabio Marchino who has already preceded the male of Marco Scarton. Don Toni Jet perched on the rope taking advantage of the consistency and the guests Doritos Bi and Dafne Roc aim to obtain a compensation while Donna Sach plays a surprise role.
FOURTH RACE – NO. ESTASI PRIZE
Still the 2 year old horses but for a maiden with Fenicia As who seems ready for her first victory having demonstrated, on several occasions, that she moves her legs quickly. The first alternative could be Frisia designed by Alessandro Gocciadoro while Francis Zl, Fenicia's training partner, with Forever Gial and guest Finland Thor all play the role of surprise.
FIFTH RACE – VOLAVIA PRIZE OF NO
At the fifth race again a conditional but for 3-year-old horses who have not won 15.000 euros in their career. Enjoy Bi, albeit with the last number, can repeat the victory obtained on the track in a similar context having preceded several of today's opponents. Elegant Gso has an inviting number and comes with three consecutive successes, a card that makes it the first alternative. Elonmusk Jet and Elalundadisse Bigi, as anticipated, preceded by Enjoy are aiming for the podium, an objective within the reach of England As, Ector Zl and above all Explorer Mundi who have good legs and engine.
SIXTH RACE – DALIA DI NO. PRIZE
Last conditional test of the meeting, but only for 3-year-old females who have not won 20.000 euros in their career. Elegance Bi, after a couple of placings, has hit the bull's eye and presents itself as a candidate for an encore. Electra Winner, after two successes, came second at the last, confirming however that she has legs and means of absolute value and she will certainly prove herself as a powerful opponent. Extra Wind and the returning Ekarin Baba are ready to enter and play the role of outsiders with the long distance runner Etoile Du Oz.
SEVENTH RACE – NO BREEDING AWARD – TQQ
The beautiful Christmas Wednesday at the Snai La Maura Hippodrome closes with the most awaited race of the afternoon, the Invitation Handicap over a distance of 1650 meters for 4-year-old horses combined with the Tris-Quarté-Quinté. Among the nine participants at the start, the best seem to be Diablo Roc well placed in the front row and perfectly at ease in the scheme, and Donata Indal, fresh from a valid victory, who with Delorean Wise and D'Antoine cover the role of possible spoilers. Among the pursuers, however, many seem ready to carve out a place on the podium. In numerical order the main points of reference seem to be Derby Kronos, Delta Wise and Desdemona Sage with a sufficient amount of experience and above all a gear change that could allow the penalty to be recovered. Dowtonwn As, who did something new at the last minute, although starting from the second row with a wall of opponents to overcome cannot be underestimated. Similar speech for Diana Pizz who in the past has already attempted the adventure in the classical circuit to support her value and the esteem placed in her.
