“Certainly – he continues – this Government, all of it, is working in favor of Horse Racing and is demonstrating a sensitivity not found in past legislatures. Many things seem to be moving in the right and proper direction and horse racers need to take note of this. But unfortunately, faced with a situation that is more desperate every day, we still do not find the certainties we desperately need. In fact, in order to survive and not stop permanently, we asked and urged Minister Saccomanni:
- a signature that immediately makes available the 17,5 million needed to pay the September and October 2012 bonuses.
- a signature that immediately returns the proxy to the Racing Companies for the payment of the March and April 2013 Prizes which we suggest to be made in a single solution and in a very short time.
Perhaps it is not clear that we need facts and not words!
