(Jamma) The Customs and Monopolies Agency communicates to the concessionaires for the collection of
horse racing bets with fixed odds and horse racing bets with totalizer that "article 8, paragraph 9, of the decree-
law n. 147, converted with the law n. 200/2003, establishes that, from 1 January 2003 and for each year of the duration of the concessions for the betting collection service relating to horse racing, the minimum payment due by the concessionaires is equal to the withdrawals due to the granting administration on the bets actually accepted in the previous year, increased, for each year, by the percentage increase achieved on a regional basis.
La attached table shows the data relating to the percentage variation, on a regional basis, of the withdrawals accrued on the collection of horse racing bets made in the year 2012, compared to the previous year. This table was used to determine the guaranteed minimums for 2012.
