The Masaf (Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry), through a specific decree, has established the following: "The provisions contained in the Circular for the programming of gallop races are extended for the months of January and February 2024 for the year 2023, in the update to the harness racing programming circular relating to the year 2023 and in the implementing provisions for the programming of the gallop and trotting races relating to the year 2023, with the exception of the parameters that regulate the formulation of the conditioned trotting races, to be carried out according to the methods set out in the tables shown in the annex, which constitute an integral part of this provision, except for authorized exceptions".
