EAG International forecasts excellent business for 2014

Organizers of EAG International say the 2014 edition, which runs from January 21-23, is set to be the best ever. With a new look, with an increase in the number of bookings and added input from BALPPA, the organizers are determined to give exhibitors and visitors the best, in order to start the year in the best possible way.
The President of EAG International Marin Burlin explains: “Now in its fifth year, EAG International has become a major component in the leisure and entertainment industry calendar. Interestingly, despite being launched during a recession, the fair has continued to grow. Many of our exhibitors and industry peers cautiously speak of 'green shoots' of recovery and we are absolutely committed to delivering the best possible start to the year for 2014.
“To date, stand bookings exceed last year's, with 75% of available space on the show floor already sold. We will also be supporting exhibitors with our ever-growing international media campaign involving a number of new publications, both terrestrial and digital.
“The new BALPPA team is also working closely with us under the leadership of Paul Kelly, reflecting the growing appeal of the show,” Martin revealed.
EAG International organizers have also confirmed that the show will also benefit from a website and increased social media presence following its successful introduction in support of this year's show.
Regular visitors are sure to notice an increase in activity at the ExCel headquarters, which will be much busier than in previous years. organizer Karen Cooke explained: “Next we won't have all of ExCel to ourselves, so visitors will be able to experience a greater choice of dining options, plus other establishments. We urge exhibitors and visitors to book their hotel accommodation quickly so that their preferences can be accommodated. EAG International's Partner, Evento Express, offers an excellent service and can be contacted via the event website: www.eagexpo.com”
EAG International has always prided itself on being a trade show that exists solely for the benefit of trade exhibitors and visitors. Martin Burlin added: “EAG International offers a great opportunity for entertainment and leisure professionals to display the latest products and technologies, as well as broaden their knowledge network both informally and in a more structured manner at events surround the show. EAG International has a life of its own, it is a dynamic show put on by industry professionals solely for the benefit of industry professionals and that is why it is one of a kind.”
