During Vinitaly at the Verona Fair, the stand of the Customs and Monopolies Agency was inaugurated. The event was attended by the director of the ADM, Roberto Alesse, with the Minister of Business and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, the undersecretary for agricultural, food and forestry policies, Patrizio Giacomo La Pietra, the interregional Commander of the Guard of Finance, Carmine Lopez, the interregional director of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, Franco Letrari, and the councilor of the Veneto Region, Elena Donazzan.

“This stand demonstrates what ADM does, on a daily basis, to defend Made in Italy, certify the quality of our products, control them so that what the agri-food market produces complies with rigorous national and European regulations. The Agency is able to do all this thanks to the undisputed competence of our chemical laboratories, which are our flagship, fighting counterfeiting and defending the national economy", said director Alesse during the ceremony .

“The institutions are at the service of the company. We want to protect national production from all forms of counterfeiting and unfair competition, first and foremost from the hateful phenomenon of Italian sounding, and we also do this thanks to the precious work of the Customs and Monopolies Agency and the Financial Police", he said Minister Urso.
