“The Fourth Section of the Italian Council of State has issued two equivalent sentences in which it excludes following in the footsteps of the 6 orders that the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community sent to the Court of Luxembourg on the basis of the fact that the distances imposed on the cinemas gambling are “disproportionate” and due to the “disparity of treatment and congruence with public gambling” in the gambling law 1/2020″.

This is what we read in the Joc Privat magazine who publishes a post dedicated to the Italian Territorial Question and the lawyer Geronimo Cardia which regrets the fact that the Council of State does not submit to the CJEU a preliminary ruling on the criterion of distance from gambling venues, as happened in the case of Valencia.
