The Regional Administrative Court of Trento rejected the precautionary request relating to the appeal presented by a concessionaire against the Municipality's refusal to issue a license for the installation of slots because the premises are less than 300 meters from a sensitive place.
The TAR based its decision on the "contrary jurisprudential direction on the matter also recently adopted by the Court itself".
